Shipping Information
Orders typically take 1-2 days to process before they ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Monogrammed items will take an additional 5 days to be shipped. Please contact us for international shipping at info@chusworld.com.
Return Policy
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of the day of the purchase and in the original condition. Orders returned or exchanged after 15 days will not be accepted. Monogrammed items are not returnable unless an error has been made by CHUS. Refunds will be issued in its original form of payment and all purchases of sale merchandise are final sale.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the merchandise in a new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for every pair of shoes returned. However, we do not refund the original shipping fee.
If the return is not a result of a CHUS error, we will not refund the original fee.
